Blessing of my Lord

Lord, I learn about You by opening up my heart

To appreciate all that is happening all around me.

Through smiling, and seeing others smile too,

And by sharing the pain of those who suffer.

Through watching a child learn to walk;

And by steadying the hand of an elderly person.

Through eating a meal with friends and family

And by giving what I have to people in need.
